Starting tomorrow, I’m going for super-short runs (like, 15 minutes) every day for a month. Every day! Barring ice storms, extreme sinusitis, and broken limbs.
I’ve got my non-schedule schedule printed out and my woolies hanging on the door.
Physically it’s easy, but in that mental/habit-forming way I really need, it’s a challenge. Hooray! I think.
(Anyone else a LOST fan? I am so excited for tonight, holy crap.)




We plan on catching up with Lost one day. Neither Lumpy nor I can believe we did not start watching it from the start. We’ll get/borrow the dvds, because it sounds like a whole lotta awesome!

BTW I’m a HUGE Lost fan…bummed I could not watch the season premiere live (@soccer practice and running)…but I am DVRing it. Will probably stay up and watch it before someone ruins it for me at work tomorrow.
Sally, LOST is available on Hulu and ABC and on Netflix (via mail or instant queue). It’s the best show of all time. I started watching in early October and caught up with the whole series in just a few weeks. Addicting!!
