I might have permanently f-ed up my knee playing volleyball! Jebbus Cripes! I’m starting training this Monday, so we’ll see, but I’ve had unas problemas since then. I feel like I have much to say, but it’s way too damn late…I should have paid better attention. Here’s to a weekend of “debauchery,” leading up to a few months of living like a monk….

Oh no. What happened?
I still have clicking in my left knee from volleyball, and now I have a pain behind my right kneecap. It seems that I have really weak quad muscles…too much time off from strength training.
