How’s a cold-hearted and cold-weather-lovin’ northerner supposed to live like this?!?! I had to WALK during a short 3 miles. WALK, I tell you!!! It’s humiliating. Okay, now let me get over myself.
It’s no San Antonio here, but the humidity is simply ugly. Since my ancestors are light skinned, blonde/red-headed, and blue-eyed, one can assume that I was never really supposed to endure any weather even slightly reminiscent of an equatorial region. I ended up having to stop under a tree for a few minutes to let the roar in my head stop and let a nice sweat coat my body in order to cool down. Made it home and drank a vat of juice. Ugh. I’m currently sucking down my second Nalgene. Hydration = GOOD.
