Well, the rest of week #7 was good. However, I did try another 3 miler on the treadmill and it did not work out quite as well as the last time…didn’t even finish the 3 miles…I just couldn’t…I “hit the wall” at at 2.74 miles and stopped…oh yeah, and my lunch break was over. My midweek 6 miler was decent…a bit rushed but the legs were feeling good. I had a 12 miler yesterday, but I was only able to complete 11.2 miles. It’s too bad because almost all the forces of nature were cooperating with me for once, except one…TIME. The weather was magnificent – that’s right, cool and breezy with almost no humidity. My breathing was good, I had a good pace going, the legs were strong, I was well hydrated, I had eaten all the right foods…I was feeling good, but then I simply just ran out of time….
