Now there’s something “je deteste”…but, I haven’t had much choice. Spent le week-end in Austin playing “tourist” at the Renaisance Hotel…at the gym, the pool, eating, shopping at REI just across the highway (REI…if you’re reading…we need one in San Antonio!!!). It was a nice little break with much needed R&R not too far away from home. Ran on the treadmill on Saturday & Sunday, messed with the incline for some “hill workouts”…couldn’t do more than 3 miles! Moved on to the weight machines…yeah…I really need to work on that a bit more. Boy was I beat…!
