I ran along Ocean Beach today. The weather…foggy, breezy, and just chilly enough…it couldn’t have been more perfect! If only the days were as cool back home….

I’m heading to Russia tomorrow and I’m fairly certain that I will not have much internet access. I will, however, be running. Gotta go pack now.
