Yeah, got a little toasty out there today…thank goodness for the cool breeze! I had a great 8 miler, especially once I got the arm motion rythm going. I forget how much of a difference that can make. Just as I was finishing my run, the paleta man showed up and I just had to indulge in a paleta de limon.Â
 Mmmmm…that was refreshing!
