Well back in the land of TX the temperature dropped down to the 60’s just in time for my week-end run. It was a good windy 12 miler on Saturday afternoon after which I headed to a bowl-a-thon I had volunteered for at work…good times. Does this count as cross-training?



Anything that involves butt muscles counts.
You use your butt muscles when you bowl??? I think I need to work on my technique….
