“Sometimes I think I must have a Guardian Idiot. A little invisible spirit just behind my shoulder, looking out for me, only he’s an imbecile.”
Funny that the hills are supposed to be for speed training. Turns out they’re among the slowest runs I ever do, especially today. Things to think about. I felt sluggish, but it was good just to get out and move, and not sit at home and worry about homework, etc. Not much to say, after all. I’m not feeling very eloquent, I guess.
That’s how last night’s run felt. I came home from work and attempted to nap (sleeping at night is apparently against the laws of nature for me), then went for a 9 (okay 8.66) miler with Guinness, my favorite furry. I almost turned around and made it a 4.5 mile run, then talked myself into continuing and ended up having a great time. I was too tired to post last night, so I’m posting now and will be again after I get back from running hills. yee haw.
