We’re back in business, it’s winter again!!! My run this morning was good though it was a bit windy and it made it a little difficult to breath. The wind eventually died down and the sun made it out. Overall it was a great 7 miler in 35 degree weather followed by a hearty Valentine’s Day lunch, a little shopping, and now just vegging in front of the TV. Just feelin’ good….

My take on “I Could Have Danced All Night,” from My Fair Lady. I received some potentially really bad news today and have been on edge all day. Lumpy and I ran 4 together, and I felt/feel like I could have/should have done my 9, after all. I have some stuff to burn through. God, I hope I sleep tonight. Toots and Banana, I am not trying to keep you in the dark, I just don’t want to post this on the internet, and it might be nothing, anyway. Sooo, on that ugly note, I’m going to eat pizza, drink wine, and watch t.v. I will not be missing a single run this week, so expect lots of posts!
I love the cold. Clearly, I really do. But I need a break.
I’m tired of wearing 10 pounds of extra gear and clothing to run in sub 10°F weather.
Did a quick 3 miles last night. Went just fine. I love my balaclava, but I want to put it in a drawer for a while.
