We’re halfway there!!!

I didn’t feel like running today.  Miguel had yet another soccer tournament this week-end.  They didn’t do so well, but they sure did play their hearts out.  Anyway, I was tired…and after we got home, I just didn’t feel like running….but I’m glad I did.  My 10 miler turned out to be somewhat relaxing - you know what I mean? - I know, probably not.  Anyway, I had great weather (40’s, overcast, & misting lightly), and I just felt good.  It was all good AND we’re half way to Paris! :)

Doomed from the start.

tas-011-cc-small.jpgI ran my 10 miler 9 miler yesterday and it was disastrous. Well, maybe disastrous is too strong a word, but it was a doomed run from the start.

I set myself up for failure on this run. I knew I was doing that, but I ran anyhow. Last minute, I decided to change my course and run along the creek path. This sent me running an out and back course with the out half heading EAST. Remember this. It’ll be a key factor. Continue reading ‘Doomed from the start.’
