It was a beautiful day although most would not agree….

Timewise, my run today was not as impressive as Sally’s (I think I need to reconsider running with Brodie), but it was all good.  Had a good time, it was enjoyable, and the weather and temperature were much more cooperative with me today (52 degrees and overcast).  You guys write about running with dogs in the snow, I must continue to write about the temperature variations that I go through from one day to the next.  I woke up to a hot & humid 60 degrees at 6am today.  That pretty much was the high today, then a little front moved in and freshened things up a bit…. :)

My hamstrings were already sore; I’m wondering if I’ll be able to walk tomorrow. I gotta say, though, it was worth it. My head is slowly wrapping around breaking my four hour goal. I waver on whether I can actually do it or not, and today put me more in the do it category. Now, on to the super clearance sale at REI and moving pounds and pounds of clothing onto the sales floor. Erf.

I knew there was a wind chill down to about -11F but this was not a major concern. And I planned my run to avoid this as much as possible.

Whoops… WRONG.
