I had a bit of trouble during my 7 miler today. Apart from the fact that today was officially the warmest day (somewhere in the mid to high 70’s) I’ve had to run in, my legs felt extremely heavy and tight. It was as if I had bound lead weights to my ankles, I could barely lift a foot! I averaged about 11 minute miles…not one of my best runs. Hmmm…I should probably do some stretches.
