It doesn’t seem right.

At 0°F, I should not be wanting to take my gloves off, right? So, then, what’s wrong with me? Tonight the Lump and I ran 7-ish, with The Guinness. I asked him at one point, if it wouldn’t be terrible if I consistently didn’t really warm up and get into the running groove until 4-4.5 miles. I don’t wan’t to run that much distance year round! I don’t want to warm up for 4 miles so I can run another 4 miles! Getting out the door has been hard this week, but once I’m out I feel great. 17 this Sunday. Really cold weather. woof.
