Toots and Sally Ride Again

For anyone out there who doesn’t understand the healing powers of the four-leggers, I feel for you. I ran with DAWG + one today (Tucker), and once again felt the WHEEEEEEEE! of running. Thank whatever the power is out there for four paws, wonderfully thick, soft fur, cold, wet snouts, and a husky who loves running so much that he whines, sings, and howls in my backyard while waiting for me to change into running gear. And thank that power/energy even more for Guinness, the original Intrusive Snout, who waits patiently for me, watching Tucker go ballistic, wondering why he’s not getting in trouble, then running with absolute glee in the snow piles next to the path while Tucker hauls us along on another crazy trek into the cold. HOLY CRAP, DO I HAVE A GREAT LIFE.
