La..di..di..la..di..da….

Yesterdays 5 miler was nice.  It was a good steady run plus it was beautiful outside, sunny but cool - though it was a bit windy.  No pooches running with me only lots of runners who suddenly appeared out of nowhere - don’t know where they’ve been hiding.  When it’s cold or raining I’m usually the only one running outdoors.  Speaking of weather, we’re back up in the 70’s for the rest of the week, but then they are actually predicting snow flurries for Sunday/Monday…my closet is a madhouse with this roller coaster weather.  Anyways, today’s 3 miler was pretty uneventful - same as the last one, during lunch on the treadmill.  They gym is bustling with people these days; I’m surprised I was able to find a treadmill available.  It’s still a “New Year”, I guess everyone is trying to abide by their New Year’s resolutions.  Soon the crowds will fizzle out and the gym will be mine again.
