Quick 3.

Good quick 3 miler today (9:30 pace - that’s good for moi - I usually average 10 minute miles).  I somehow managed to squeeze it in during my lunch break at work on the treadmill at the gym.  All my short runs seem to be taking place on the treadmill - timewise it’s my best option….  I try to vary it a bit by choosing different programs, inclines, speeds, etc…I hope it doesn’t hinder me in some way.  I have the day off tomorrow so I will enjoy my 5 miler outdoors.
