I have apair of boa's and i have to say they are pretty confortable and mostly convenient... but i dont run much, i got them because the tying meacansim is cool and they were confortable, but i could see running in them as a hell of a lot of fun. the one issue i have is tha knob in the back can sometimes hit something just the right way and loosen the shoe, but still that is a rare occasion, and out of the bout month I've had them has happened bout twice. Still takes much less time then tieing your shoes and requires no brain power to use.
