Finally, winter has arrived. We ran on snow covered ice. We had full sun. It was fantastic outside–now I’m waiting for the inevitable melt and the solid sheets of ice in the evening. I don’t think it’s too much to ask that here in MINNESOTA that we have a few feet of snow by now. It’s always exciting when I feel like I need to pull out my waterproof running shoes, and I would like it to happen more. Now, when I debate on whether or not to wear my high gaiters, THAT will be HUGE. Anticipation, anticipation, anticipation. Sigh.
